Video recording of the EUMOFA workshop “COVID-19 and seafood: impact and way forward”
EUMOFA has released the video recording of the workshop organised as a part of the European Maritime Day 2021. The panelists addressed the impact of COVID-19 on fishery and aquaculture, as well as the measures implemented to mitigate the effects of the crisis.
EUMOFA is pleased to announce the release of the video recording of the workshop “COVID-19 and seafood: Impact and way forward”, which took place during the European Maritime Day 2021.
The workshop outlined how the COVID-19 crisis has been affecting fishery and aquaculture supply chains, shedding light on the measures taken by policy makers and stakeholders to address the economic effects of the crisis. Different points of view were presented, with special focus on the variety of impacts and of policy responses both in the EU and worldwide.
The panel of experts included:

- Mr Javier Ojeda (Federation of European Aquaculture Producers), Interim General Secretary;
